His expertise is primarily focused on advising companies on due diligence, financial audits, internal controls, as well as tax and economic matters.

His experience expands multiple industries and sectors. At PONT, Rogelio plays a crucial role in leading and managing the due diligence process for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His extensive experience and deep understanding of financial matters are essential in supporting strategic decision-making processes within the context of financial transactions and evaluations.

Additionally, he brings a wealth of knowledge from his significant experience in the transportation and aviation industry segments.

Rogelio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in infrastructure management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, and a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from La Salle University.
